KoValue sends SMS messages to provide appointment confirmations, onboarding updates, system notifications, service-related announcements, and occasional marketing and informational messages related to our real estate client communication, appointment management, and automation services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 (786) 827-5179. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply opt in again through our website, and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive up to 5 messages per week, depending on your interaction with our services and onboarding process. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to re-subscribe, you may do so by signing up again through the same method initially used.

5. Frequency: KoValue will send messages as needed to provide appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and opted-in promotional communications. Message frequency will not exceed 5 messages per week unless initiated by the user or required for service delivery.

6. Data Charges: Standard data and message rates may apply for receiving messages from KoValue. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile service provider.

7. Security: KoValue will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and ensure the security of messages sent to you. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and KoValue cannot guarantee absolute security.
